护理专业学生实习前对护理伦理认知的现状研究

摘    要:目的调查护理专业学生实习前对护理伦理的认知水平,为实习中的护理伦理认知教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的护理伦理认知问卷,对322名实习前护理专业学生进行问卷调查。结果实习前学生对护理伦理基础知识掌握情况相对较好,但对临床工作中的护理伦理问题认知不足,本科生护理伦理认知得分高于大专生(P<0.01)。结论实习前学生的护理伦理认知水平亟待提高,学校和医院应重视护理伦理学教育理论与实践的结合,针对其薄弱之处采取相应的培养措施。

The awareness of nursing ethics among nursing students before clinical practice

Abstract:Objective To investigate the level of nursing ethics awareness in nursing students before clinical practice and provide the theoretic basis for nursing ethicseducation. Methods Totally 322 nursing students before clinical practice were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about the nursing ethics awareness. Results The level of nursing students' nursing ethics basic knowledge was relatively high,but their nursing ethics awareness was insufficient. The nursing ethics awareness of undergraduate nursing students was significantly higher than that of associate nursing students(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Nursing students' nursing ethics awareness needs to be improved. Schools and hospitals should strengthen the integration of theory and practice in nursing ethics education and provide targeted training measures according to the insufficiency.
