| 摘 要： | 目的探讨汕头地区男性不育人群中原因不明的无精子症和严重少精子症及与Y染色体无精子因子（AZF）微缺失的关系。方法以PCR体外扩增和电泳检测技术检测汕头地区男性不育人群的Y染色体AZF微缺失情况。结果患者组179例中检出25例Y染色体AZF微缺失，对照组（20例）Y染色体AZF15个位点无缺失。结论Y染色体AZF微缺失是造成男性无精子症或严重少精子症的病因之一，对本地区男性不育人群进行Y染色体AZF微缺失检测具有重要的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the correlation of male infertile patients with agnogenie oligospermatism or azoospermatism awith Y-chromosome azoospermia factor （AZF） microdeletion in eastern Guangdong area. Methods The Y-chromosome AZF micmdeletion of male infertile patients was investigated with PCR techniques in vitro and eiectrophoresis. Results There 25 eases with Y-chromosome AZF microdelction were detected in experimental group （179 patients）, in contrast, no deletion was detected in all of the 15 testing sites of Y-chromosome AZF in the control group （20 patients）. Conclusion Y-chromosome AZF microdeletion is one of causes resulting in oligospermatism or azoospermatism. Thus it is of great significance to detect Y-chromosome microdeletion in infertile males in this area. |
