卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究

目的 :了解卡介菌多糖核酸 (斯奇康 )治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及治疗前后IgE水平。 方法 :采用斯奇康注射液 0 .5mg ,imqod ,连续治疗 18次 (一个疗程 ) ,与对照组比较其疗效 ;治疗组检测患者治疗前后血清IgE值。 结果 :治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后血清IgE明显低于治疗前 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而治疗前IgE水平与疗效无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :斯奇康是治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效药物 ,且无论是否伴有IgE升高均有效。

Effect of Bacillus Calmette Guerin Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid on Chronic Urticaria

Objective: To understand the curative effect of Siqikang on chronic urticaria an IgE levelsin blood before and after treatment.Method: Siqikang injections were used, 0.5 mg, im, qod, the therapy duration was successive 18 times. The therapy effect of treated grup was analysed, and compared with the controlled group. Before and after IgE levels in blood were detected and compared. Result: The total effective rate of treated group was significantly higher than that of controlled group (P< 0.05). The IgE level in blood after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (P< 0.05), but the therapy effect was not related to the IgE level in blood before treatment. Conclusion: Siqikang is a effective drug for chronic urticaria, but it is usually effective regardless of increasing IgE level in blood.
