心率变异性分析研究A型行为者自主神经特点

摘    要:对58例A型行为者予以心率变异性分析,并与50例B型行为者进行比较,平均R-R间期标准差、变异系数有明显差异(P<0.05):总功率谱面积、低频谱面积和高频谱面积也有显著差异(P<0.01)。A、B组低频谱面积和高频谱的比值分别为18.2和10.3(P<0.01)。结果提示。A型行为者反映交感神经和迷走神经活力的指标均低于B型行为者。A型行为者迷走神经活力相对较交感神经活力为弱:A型行为者交感神经与迷走神经平衡失调状态可能与其易患冠心病有关。

Abstract:Heart rate variability was analysed in 58 type A men and compared with 50 type B men.The standard deviation of the average R-R intervals and coefficient of variation are significant less in type A group than in type B group(P<0.05).Total power spectrum and low-frequency component(LFP) and high-frequency component(HFP) are very significant less in type A group than in type B group(P<0.01). Nevertheless LFP/HFP is 18.2 in type A men and 10.3 in type B men(P<0.01). The parasympathatic activity is relatively weaker than sympathetic in type A group although the data to express both sympathetic activity and parasympathatic activity are low in type A group than in type B group.It is supposed that type A men have high risk of coronary disease because they are in autonomic imbalance between sympathetic nervous activity and vagal nervous activity.
