| 摘 要： | 介绍一种手臂上举１５５°牵引整复治疗外伤性肩关节前脱位的新方法。经对４０例患者治疗，均获成功。与临床传统整复方法（Ｋｏｃｈｅｒ、Ｈｉｐｐｏｃｒａｔｅｓ法）比较，具有不需麻醉，方法简便、安全，便于临床推广等优点。

| Abstract: | Kocher's or Hippocratic manoeurer has been commonly used as the method for the reduction of anterior dislocation of the shoulder. Many surgeons had prefered the kocher leverrage technique, but recently some anthor do not recommond this method because of the possibility of increasing damage to the capsule, soft tissue, axillary vessels and brachial plexus. Manoeuver of 150 degree forward elevation which is simple. Safty and of low incidence of complications for the reduction of anterior dislocation of shoulder has been performed on forty cases of patients in our hospital. All the patients gained excellent results. |
