摘    要:本研究应用小鼠和大鼠的局部皮肤烫伤模型,观察驻级体对小鼠烫伤周围皮肤微循环及大鼠血液粘度的影响,动物分烫伤组和驻极体治疗组,结果:驻极体治疗可使烫伤周围的细小动脉收缩状态得到改善,血液速度加快,减轻充血带的渗出和淤血带的红细胞聚集与血栓形成;血液粘度和红细胞压积明显降低,提示驻体治疗具有调整细小动脉和静脉张力,防止血栓形成和改善微循环的作用。

Abstract:The effects of electret on the cutaneous microcirculation in mice and the blood viscosity in rats were investigated in the early postburn stage.The animals were divided into scalding group and electret treatment group.The results showed that electret treatment could(1) reduce arteriole contraction status and increase blood velocity,(2) attenuate leakage of the congestive zone and reduce red blood cell aggregation and thrombosis in the stasis zone;(3) decrease the whole blood and plasma viscosity and the hematocrit.The results suggest that electret treatment have beneficial effects on regulating arteriole and venule tension,preventing thrombosis and improving microcirculation.
