| 摘 要： | 目的 观察利多卡因术中持续静脉泵注复合氟比洛酚脂对腹腔镜手术的镇痛疗效.方法 80例择期腹腔镜手术患者随机均分为C、F、L、FL组四组.F组予氟比洛芬脂超前镇痛,L组术中利多卡因持续静脉泵注至手术结束拔除气管导管,FL组予复合氟比洛芬脂.利多卡因,剂量、方法同前两组,而C组仅以生理盐水替代.四组均行丙泊酚、雷米芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉维持,术后按需给予哌替啶50 mg肌肉注射镇痛.记录术中血压心率,苏醒即刻、术后0.5、1、2、6和24 h各组VAS评分,及按需哌替啶镇痛次数.结果 四组均术中血压、心率平稳.FL组较C组术后疼痛明显减轻,各时间点VAS评分明显降低;F组、L组较C组,FL组较F组、L组疼痛减轻,多个时间点VAS评分明显降低.结论 静脉注射氟比洛酚脂,术中持续泵注利多卡因在腹腔镜手术中运用均能减轻术后疼痛;两者合用作用更加显著. |
