溴甲酚绿法与溴甲酚紫法检测血清清蛋白的结果比较

摘    要:目的探讨溴甲酚绿(BCG)法与溴甲酚紫(BCP)法测定血清清蛋白(ALB)结果的可比性。方法用Beckman LX-20(BCP法)和日立7170A(BCG法)分别测定患者血清ALB,比较分析两法测定结果。结果溴甲酚绿(BCG)法与溴甲酚紫(BCP)法测定结果相比,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001),BCP法比BCG法测定结果偏低约3.2g/L,但两者呈高度相关(y=0.923X+5.716,r=0.993)。结论BCP法与BCG法测定血清ALB结果,差异有统计学意义。但两者有很好的相关性,建议各临床实验室针对不同方法建立相应的参考值范围。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the comparability of test results of serum albumin measured with bromocresol green(BCG)method and bromocresol purple(BCP)method.Methods The level of serum albumin in the same serum samples was respectively measured with Beckman LX-20(BSP method)and Hitachi 7170A(BCG method).The test results were compared and analyzed.Results There was significant difference between the test result measured with BCG method and BCP method(P<0.001);the latter was about 3.2 g/L lower than the former,but they were closely correlative with each other(y=0.923x+5.716,r=0.986).Conclusion The is statistical difference between the test result of serum albumin measured with BCG method and BCP method,but they are closely correlative with each other,It suggests that each clinical laboratory establish its own reference range according to different test methods.
