桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合莫西沙星治疗老年肺炎的临床疗效及免疫情况分析

目的:分析桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合莫西沙星治疗老年肺炎的临床疗效及免疫情况。方法:选择我院2019年1—7月收治的80例老年肺炎患者,随机平均分为两组,对照组给予莫西沙星治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗,比较两组临床有效率,临床症状改善时间和不良反应发生情况,对两组治疗前后的免疫情况进行分析。结果:实验组临床有效率为92.5%(37/40),显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组各项症状及体征改善时间均小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组C3、IgG、IgA及IgM各体液免疫指标下降更为显著(P<0.05);实验组的不良反应发生率为5.0%(2/40),和对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合莫西沙星治疗老年肺炎,疗效显著,可有效缓解临床症状,改善通气,且安全性高。

Clinical Efficacy and Immune Analysis of Eucalyptus Carabinieri Enteric Soft Capsule Combined with Moxifloxacin in Treating Senile Pneumonia

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and immune status of limonene and pinene enteric soft capsule combined with moxifloxacin in the treatment of pneumonia in the elderly.Methods:Eighty elderly patients with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 20 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with moxifloxacin.The experimental group was combined with the control group on the basis of the control group.The treatment of soluble soft capsules compared the clinical effectiveness,clinical symptom improvement time and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients,and the immune status of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:The clinical effective rate was 92.5%(37/40)in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms and signs in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group C3,IgG,IgA and The decrease of IgM humoral immunity index was more significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.0%(2/40),which was not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of senile pneumonia with limonene and pinene enteric soft capsule combined with moxifloxacin is effective,can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve ventilation,and has high safety.
