| 摘 要： | 目的探讨时间分辨荧光免疫分析（TrFIA）检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体（抗-HBs）的优点及临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）和TrFIA分别。检测262份血清标本抗-HBs,用Excel 2003进行数据统计和分析,用Kappa一致性检验和“检验评估两种方法检测结果的一致性。结果ELISA检测抗-HBs阳性率53．8％（141／262）,TrFIA检测抗-HBs阳性率56．9％（149／262）,两者符合率为90．8％,经Kappa一致性检验K值为0．815,一致性强度较高;经“检验P〈0．05,两种测定方法结果无统计学差异;TrFIA定量分析结果0～10 U／L为43．13％,10～100 U／L为27．86％,大于100U／L为29．01％。结论TrFIA是抗一HBs定量测定的一种较好方法,特别是对检测低滴度区间的抗-HBs。可以区别ELISA检测抗-HBs阳性人群中对乙型肝炎病毒的弱免疫力和有效免疫力。
