| 摘 要： | 目的：观察小鼠生后发育过程中子宫组织神经生长因子（NGF）基因表达的变化，探讨NGF在子宫发育及正常功能维持过程中的生物学作用。方法：采用RT－PCR法，半定量分析生后1天、7天、15天、60天及90天小鼠子宫组织中NGFmRNA的表达变化。结果：RT－PCR结果显示，小鼠出生仅1天，其子宫组织即可表达NGFmRNA，随着出生时间的增加，子宫组织NGFmRNA的表达量增加，出生30天时达高峰；小鼠成年后子宫NGFmRNA的表达仍维持在一定水平.结论：子宫组织可以表达NGFmRNA，其表达量随鼠龄的变化而有所改变。

| Abstract: | Objective:To demonstrate the change of NGF gene expression in mouse uterus during postnatal development and explore the biological action of NGF in the development and physiological function.Methods:By RT-PCR, the different expressions of NGF mRNA in the uterus were hemiquantitatively analyzed after born on 1st day, 7th day, 15th day, 30th day, 60th day and 90th day. Results:The results showed that NGF mRNA was expressed in every stage of mouse uterus from 1st day to 90th day and it reached the peak at 30th day.Conclusion:NGF mRNA was expressed in the uterus. The expression level changed with the development of the uterus. |
