中西医结合治疗肱骨外科颈骨折

６６７例肱骨外科颈骨折，分别采用手法复位超肩关节夹板固定、皮牵甩肩及手术切开复位内固定三种方法治疗，指出三种方法各有其适应症，手法复位超肩关节夹板固定应作为治疗新鲜闭合性骨折的首选方法，而皮牵甩肩法有其局限性，对某些病例应手术治疗。强调拍侧位或轴位片的重要性；认为骨折脱位不应有真假之分；而功能锻炼对预防肩关节功能障碍有重要意义。

Fracture of Surgical Neck of Humerus Treated by Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicne

cases with fracture of surgical neck of humerus were treated respectively by manipulative reduction and shoulder splint fixatiom,skin traction with shoulder extension and operative reduction with internal fixation.These 3 methods have their indications and the manipulative reduction and shoulder splint fixation is the first selectaive method for free closing fracture;the skin traction with shoulder extension is limited to some cases.The authors emphasize the chest photo and hold that fracture and dislocation should not be classified by true or faulse,and that functional exercise is significant to the prevention of shoulder joint disfunction.
