羟基磷灰石加自体骨种植术治疗成人牙周炎骨缺损

目的：研究羟基磷灰石加自体骨种植术治疗成人牙周炎抽缺损的效果。方法：选取接受改良Ｗｉｄｍａｎ手术的５３例成人牙周炎患者，其中３１例采取羟基磷灰石加自体骨种植术为观察组，另２２例为对照组进行对比。结果：观察组患者２年以上的有效率９２．９％，明显高于对照组的６１．１％。两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：羟基磷灰石加自体骨种植术对于治疗成人牙周炎骨缺损有较好的长期临床效果。

Treatment of Adult Periodontal Disease with Alveolar Bone Loss with HAC-autogenous Bone Implant Therapy

Objective:To study effects of hydroxyapatite ceramic (HAC) and autogenous bone implant therapy on the compound pocket and bone loss of adult periodontal disease. Methods: Fifty-three adult patients with periodontal disease who had un-dergone modified Widman flap operation were divided into 2 groups, therapeutic group (TG) ( n = 31) and control group ( CG) (n = 22). The patients in TG were treated by HAC-autogenous alveolar bone implant therapy. Results: Regarding the cure rates of more than 2 years (TG: 92.9 % , CG: 61.1 %), there was a significant difference between the 2 groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The HAC-autogenous alveolar bone implant therapy has a good and long-termed effect on the alveolar bone loss of adult periodontal disease.
