摘    要:在传统评价基础上结合现代评价方法,构建定性与定量相结合,自评与他评相结合,结果与过程相结合,形成性与终结性相结合,较为科学、全面、可行的"五位一体"评价体系,使评价体系体现全员参与、客观公平、自我完善的功能,促进教师与学生的健康发展.

Abstract:based on traditional evaluation methods and combined modern evaluation methods,this paper proposes a scientific, comprehensive and feasible Five in One Evaluation System for teachers and students. This system is the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, outcome and process, formative and summative evaluation. Because all of these, this evaluation System demonstrates the functions of full participation, objectivity and justness and self-improvement, and be able to promote teachers' and students'healthy development.
