农村定向医学生培养的实践教学体系构建与实践

农村订单定向免费医学生教育培养是近3年来国家层面推行的教育改革试点工作,九江学院是其中的第一批试点单位.作者在以往教育教学改革成果基础上,根据农村定向生教育培养方案的要求,构建了由认知职业（认知医院）、课内实验、基地教学、临床见习和毕业实习等环节组成的农村定向医学教育实践教学体系,保证了医学生在学习理论的同时,能够训练医学基本技能和锻炼实践能力与创新精神.

Practice Teaching System Construction and Implementation for Rural-oriented Medical Students

Rural - oriented tuition - waived medical students training program has been a national level educa- tion reform initiated since 2010. Jiujiang University was chosen as one of the first batch of pilot institutions. According to the requirements of rural directional education training scheme, on the basis of previous education teaching reform achieve- ments, the practice teaching system of the rural - oriented medical education has been constructed, including career aware- ness （ early hospital exposure）, in - class practice, county hospital - based teaching, clinical practice and internship, etc. The system has shown effects on improving students＇ basic medical skills, reinforcing practice ability and sparking innova- tive spirit without compromising theory learning.
