基于数理统计基因识别问题的研究

摘    要:对于很长的DNA序列,在计算其功率谱或信噪比时,离散Fourier变换(DFT)的总体计算量仍然很大,会影响到所设计的基因识别算法的效率.Voss映射、Z-curve映射,探求功率谱与信噪比的某种快速计算方法运用计算机MATLAB软件用快速傅里叶变换方法来实现功率谱和信噪比的求解.

Abstract:Considering the overall computation of discrete Fourier transform (DFr) was still large that would affect the design of gene identification efficicncy of the algorithm when calculated the power spectrum or signal - to - noise ratio for a long DNA sequences. The paper employed Voss mapping and Z - curve to seek power spectrum and the signal to noise ratio of a fast calculation method, adopted fast Fourier transform method to implement the solution of the power spec- trum and the signal to noise ratio which could be simulated by MATLAB software.
