胶质瘤磁共振灌注成像与微血管密度的相关性

摘    要:
目的:探讨胶质瘤磁共振灌注成像参数(PWI)与微血管密度(MVD)的关系.方法:对本院35例胶质瘤行术前磁共振灌注成像,计算肿瘤实质平均相对脑血容量(rCBV)及平均通过时间(MTT).利用免疫组化方法测定(MVD).分析平均rCBV、MTT与MVD关系.结果:胶质瘤的平均rCBV值为1.82±0.68,MTT为1.007±0.04,MVD为34.33±15.44,采用线性回归分析,胶质瘤平均rCBV值与MVD有相关性(r =0.807,P<0.05),MTT与MVD无相关性(r= -0.071,P>0.05).结论:磁共振灌注成像rCBV值能够评价胶质瘤微血管的密度与含量.

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the correlation between parameters of MR perfusion weighted imaging (PWI) and micro-vessel density (MVD) in glioma. Methods:MR PWI was performed in 35 patients with glioma before surgical resection. The actual mean relative cerebral blood volume (rCBV) of tumor and mean transit time (MTr) were then calculated, hnmunohistochemistry was used to determine micro-vessel density (MVD). The correlations between mean rCBV and MVD,and between MTT and MVD were analyzed. Results:The mean rCBV of glioma was 1.82 ±0.68,MTT 1. 007 ±0.04 and MVD 34.33 ± 15.44. Linear regression analysis showed a significant correlation between rCBV and MVD ( r = 0. 88, P 〈 0.05 ) but not between MTT and MVD ( r = - 0. 07 ,P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion:The rCBV value in MR PWI can be useful for evaluation of MVD in glioma.
