肱骨近端内锁定系统治疗肱骨外科颈骨折27例临床分析

目的评价应用肱骨近端内锁定系统（Proximal humeral internallocking system，PHILOS）治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析肱骨近端内锁定系统治疗肱骨外科颈骨折27例临床资料。结果本组手术过程项利，无神经、血管损伤，住院期间无感染等并发症发生。27例中25例获门诊随访，随访时间8-20个月，平均12个月，获得随访的患者骨折术后均Ⅰ期愈合，按Necr肩关节评价标准，优秀及满意率为96％。结论肱骨近端解剖型钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折是一种有效的方法。

Clinical analysis of treating 27 cases of humeral surgical neck fracture with proximal humeral internal locking system

Objective To evaluate the effect of proximal humeral internal locking system (PHILOS) in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture. Methods The clinical data of 27 patients with humeral surgical neck fracture undergoing PHILOS were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation went smoothly in all the cases. No case was found with complications such as blood vessel, nerve injuries or infection. Twenty-five patients were followed up for 8~20 months (an average of 12 months), which recovered inⅠperiod, with the satisfaction rate of 96% according to the Neer standard. Conclusion It is effective to treat humeral surgical neck fracture with PHILOS.
