耳穴压豆对血液透析伴失眠患者睡眠及生活质量的影响

目的探讨能有效改善维持性血液透析患者睡眠及生活质量的方法。方法将我院80例维持性血液透析伴有失眠的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均接受血液透析、纠正贫血、控制血压等基础治疗,实验组在此基础上加用耳穴压豆治疗,对照组口服阿普唑仑,以8周为一个疗程,在治疗前后用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）及肾脏病生活质量评分（KDQOL-SF-36）观察两组的睡眠情况以及生活质量并进行比较。结果在治疗前两组患者失眠及生活质量比较无差异（P〉0.05）,在治疗后实验组睡眠状况以及生活质量优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论耳定压豆能改善血透患者的失眠状况进而提高患者的生活质量。

Influence of Auricular Acupoint Bean Pressing on Insomnia and Life Quality in Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To explore effective ways to improve sleep and life quality of hemodialysis patients. Methods Eighty hemodialysis patients with insomnia in our hospital were randomly divided into experiment and control groups. Both groups received hemodialysis,anemia correction, blood pressure control and other basic treatments. Additionlly, experiment group was treated with auricular acupoint bean pressuring, control group was treated with estazolam, for a course of eight weeks. Before and after treatment, Pittsburgh sleep Quality Index（PSQI） and kidney disease quality of life score（KDQOL-SF-36） were observed and compared. Results No difference was showed in PSQI and KDQOL-SF-36 scores between two groups before treatment（ P〉0.05）. After treatment, PSQI and KDQOL-SF-36 scores of experiment group were significantly lower and higher respectively than those of control group（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Auricular acupoint bean pressuring therapy could improve sleep and life quality of hemodialysis patients.
