| Abstract: | The article illustrates the academic connotations of preventive treatment in Inner Canon from five aspects： to cure disease before its germination, forming, onset, propagation and prevent recurrence after curing. It claims to take following four measures to prevent sub-health： psychological adjustment, reasonable diet, kinesitherapy and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. |
