Dilution Method Application in Blood Coagulation Tests of Severe Lipemic Plasma

Objective To develop a dilution method for blood coagulation tests of severe lipemic plasma.Methods The PT,aPTT,TT and Fbg of 30 cases of original plasma samples with non lipemic and its 3 times diluted plasma were tested.Regression equation of each test was obtained by linear regression analysis of two groups of data.The validation test was performed on 20 cases of plasma samples with severe lpemic based on the two groups of data of original plasma with high-speed centrifuged and its 3 times diluted plasma with 3 000 r/min centrifuged for 10 min.Result The coagulation tests results of 3 times diluted plasma linear correlation with original plasma.The differences between results of original plasma of 20 severe lpemic samples with 10 000 r/min centrifuged for 10 min and obtained from regression equation of 3 times diluted plasma with 3 000 r/min centrifuged for 10 min were not significant.Conclusion This dilution method is suitable for coagulation test of plasma with severe lipemic in clinical labs.
