| 摘 要： | 研究认为,在"西药中用"的临床研究中,应用计量资料的t检验和分类资料的χ2检验对不同亚型之间的疗效差异进行统计分析,不能扣除异质性资料对临床评价结果的影响。分类资料可以借鉴CMH的统计分析方法或直接应用OR值进行比较,计量资料可以应用多因素多水平的析因分析进行检验,可成功扣除异质性资料对临床评价结果的影响。

| Abstract: | Many scholars want to guide the clinical application of drugs with traditional Chinese medicine theory.In the clinical study,they used to use the t test for the measurement data and χ^2 test for the classification data to analysis the difference of different subtypes.But it is not the right method because of the heterogeneity of the different subtypes.In this study,we recommend CMH method or the direct application of OR values analysis for the classification data and the multi-level and multi-factor factorial analysis of test for the measurement data. In this way,we can conquer the impact of the heterogeneity successfully. |
