| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结肠癌致急性肠梗阻的手术方式选择。方法回顾性分析手术治疗的急性癌性结肠梗阻37例病例资料。结果行Ⅰ期切除吻合25例,Hartmann手术3例,姑息性结肠造口4例,先行结肠造口Ⅱ期手术5例。术后切口感染3例,无吻合口瘘及死亡病例。结论治疗结肠癌导致急性肠梗阻,手术方式应个体化。

| Abstract: | Objective To study surgical selection about the acute obstruction of colon cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of acute malignant colonic obstruction information on 37 cases.Results 25 cases of stage Ⅰwere resection and anastomosis,3 cases were Hartmann operation,4 cases were palliative colostomy, 5 cases were first stage Ⅱ colostomy surgery.3 cases of postoperative were wound infection,anastomotic leakage and no deaths.Conclusion The treatment of colon cancer led to acute intestinal obstruction, surgical procedure should be individualized. |
