尫痹片治疗类风湿性关节炎的研究

目的 :观察癇痹片治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效和作用机理。方法 :观察组100例采用癇痹片治疗 ,对照组50例采用风湿马钱片治疗。另做药理实验。结果 :观察组在总有效率、治愈率、ESR复常率、RF转阴率等方面与对照组比较 ,均P<0 05(或P<0 01)。观察组总有效率为94 00 %。药理显示 :癇痹片在消炎镇痛方面作用显著 ,能提高细胞免疫功能 ,抑制病情发展。结论 :癇痹片治疗早、中期RA具有较好疗效 ,有一定的药理基础。

Study on Treating Rheumatic Arthritis with Wangbi Tablet

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Wangbi Tablet on treating rheumatic arthritis and its mechanism of action. Methods: 100 cases in the observation group were treated with Wangbi Tablet while 50 cases in the control group with Fengshi Maqian Tablet. Pharmacological tests were conducted. Results: The total effective rate, curative rate, ESR recoverable rate and RF negative turning rate in the observation group were than those in the control group(P<0.05/P<0.01). The total effective rate reached 94.00%. The pharmacological tests showed that Wangbi Tablet showed the significant effects in anti-inflammation and pain-relief. Besides, it could enhance the immunologic function of cells and inhibit the development of illness. Conclusions: With its pharmacological basis, Wangbi Tablet plays a role in treating rheumatic arthritis at early or mid stage.
