| 摘 要： | 了解经口腔矫正器治疗后，阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停片（OSAS）的上气道阻塞点的变化情况。方法：对11名确诊的OSAS患者进行有效的口腔矫正器治疗，治疗前后摄取上气道磁共振影象，对阴塞点进行比较．结果：上气道阻塞点在戴用矫正器后大为减少，无阻塞人数增加，多点阻塞变为单点阻塞。结论：口腔矫正器可改善上气道的通气形态，从而达到治疗OSAS的目的。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the effects ofdental appliances in the treatment of obstructivesleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods: 11 cas-es of OSAS were involved in the study. Thechanges of the obstructive sites were observedwith magnetic resonance imaging of upper airwaybefore and after dental appliance therapy. Re-sults: After wearing the dental appliances, thenumber of obstructive sites was decreased andmulti-sited obstruction became mono-sited. Thenumber of non-obstruction patients increased.Conclusions: Dental appliances can be used totreat OSAS by the means of enlarging the upperairway. |
