250例类风湿关节炎的临床分析

对２５０例类风湿关节炎病人进行了临床分析。发病类型分为急性起病型和慢性起病型两种。尽管起病类型不同，均可呈现以下四种病程中的任何一种：（１）单次发作病程，即仅有起病时一次发作，以后病情缓解至下持续两年，占２２．８％。（２）隐匿型病程，占１５．２％，有些病人虽为急性起病，但数月后转为此型；（３）多次反复发作病程，占３５．２％，两次发作期间歇期可基本无症状，或仍有较轻症状；（４）持续进展型，在病程中受

Clinical analysis of 250 rheumatoid arthritis cases

Clinical manifestation of 250 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) were. The onset of the disease was either acute or insidious. Insidious onset was more common(76%), than acute onset was less common(24%). In spite of the mode of onset, the patients followed one of the four different course patterns. Monocyclic pattern was a single attack with a remission for at least 2 years, it accounted for 22.8% of patients. Latent pattern was accounted for 15.2% of patients with RA, some patients of this course pattern might have an acute onset of symptoms. Polycyclic pattern was accounted for 35.2% of patients who had no or mild symptom in the period between the two attacks. Progressive pattern with increasing joint involvement was accounted for 26.8%. We were reported 15 patients with clinical manifestation of palindromic rheumatism. At the late stage, 4 patients developed the clinical manifestation of RA. Palindromic rheumatism and RA might be an unusual pattern of RA
