以护理本科生为视角提升临床实习质量的策略分析

目的]探讨以护理本科生为视角提升临床实习质量的策略。方法]以我院160名护理本科班学生在辽宁省三级甲等医院的实习情况为内容,对我省教学医院临床带教中的优点、缺点进行分析并展示学生眼中的临床实习愿景。结果]结合护理本科生对临床实习的评价与剖析,制订提高临床实习质量的方法。结论]以学生的视角改进临床带教工作质量、完善临床带教方法是提高实习质量的重要途径。

Analysis on strategies to enhance quality of clinical practice taking nursing undergraduates as perspective

Objective：To probe into strategies to enhance quality of clinical practice taking nursing undergraduates as perspective.Methods：the practice of 160 nursing undergraduates in my hospital in three grade A hospitals in Liaoning province was taken as content,the advantages and disadvantages in clinical teaching in teaching hospitals were analyzed and clinical practice vision in the eyes of the students were demonstrated.Results：Combined with evaluation and analysis of nursing students on clinical practice,a method was made to improve the quality of clinical practice.Conclusion：taking nursing undergraduates as perspective to improve clinical teaching quality and perfect clinical teaching method is important paths for enhancing practice quality.
