| Abstract: | During experiments to investigate the replication of certain bovine respiratory viruses, it was observed that Vero cells supported replication of bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) but not bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV). The selective replication characteristics of these viruses were used to free a BRSV stock from BVDV contamination. |
