| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用小切口经皮解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折12例,伴有腓骨骨折者1/3管形钢板固定。结果全部获8～16个月随访。骨折愈合时间9～20周,未出现感染及骨不连等并发症。参照Tormetta评分标准：优9例,良2例,可1例。结论小切口经皮解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折创伤小,保护了骨折端血运,固定牢靠,愈合快,并发症少,是治疗胫骨远端骨折较好的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objactive To investigate the effect of minimally invasive pereutaneous plate osteosynthesis for the treatment of distal tibial fracture. Methods 12 cases with distal tibial fractures were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis. Results 12 cases were followed up for 8 - 16 months. Fractures got union in 9 - 20 weeks. According to the criteria of Tormetta, the results were excellent in 9 cases, good in 2 and fair in 1. Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis for the treatment of distal tibial fracture has advantages of effective blood support protection, minimal surgical trauma and rigid fixation with little complication. It is an effective way for treatment of distal tibial fracture. |
