鼻内镜下鼻息肉鼻窦炎手术疗效分析

目的:探讨运用鼻内镜进行鼻息肉、鼻窦炎手术治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的鼻息肉、鼻窦炎患者124例,随机将患者分为两组:活疗组64例,对照组60例,对照组患者予以传统手术治疗,治疗组患者实施鼻内镜下手术治疗,患者出院后进行为期半年的随访,对比两组患者的临床疗效及复发情况。结果:治疗总有效率方面,治疗组为89.1%,对照组为68.3%,治疗组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05):术后6个月内复发率方面,治疗组为6.2%(4/64),对照组为16.7%(10/60),治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉、鼻窦炎具有良好的疗效,通过彻底清除病灶并规范随访检查,可有效提升治愈率,减少并发症的产生。

Endoscopic Surgical Treatment of Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

Objective:Investigate the clinical efficacy of using endoscopic to cure nasal polyps and nasal sinusitis.Methods: Select 124 cases of patients who are receiving treatment in our hospital,and divide them into two groups randomly.There will be 64 cases in the treatment group and 60 in the comparison group.The patients in comparison group will be cured by traditional surgical treatment, while the patients of treatment will be cured by endoscopic treatment.And we would track access to these patients for half a year after the discharged from the hospital,we will contrast the surgical effect and the recurrence of the disease between these tow group/Result:The efficiency of curing,thetreatment group was 89.1%,and the comparison group was 68.3%.the treatment group is obviously higher then the comparison group.The difference has statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence in 6 months:the treatment group was 6.2%(4/64), and the comparison group was 16.7%(10/60),the treatment group is clearly lower then the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The endoscopic nasal polyps and nasal sinusitis has a good surgical effect,it can improve the efficiency of treatment and reiuce the production of complications through complete removal of lesions and the standardized follow-up examination.
