毛细支气管炎患儿血清心肌酶谱检测的临床价值研究

目的 研究毛细支气管炎患儿血清心肌酶谱活性检测结果的临床价值.方法 选取我院收治的毛细支气管炎患儿110例作为观察组,并选取同期收治的非感染性疾病住院患儿110例作为对照组,分别对两组患儿入院时、入院7d后进行血清心肌酶谱活性检测,比较两组检测结果.结果 观察组入院时AST、α-HBDH、LDH、CK、CK-MB检测结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组入院时AST、α-HBDH、LDH、CK、CK-MB检测结果均高于入院7d后,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 毛细支气管炎患儿血清心肌酶谱活性检测结果可作为患儿心肌变化的评估指标,对心肌损害有诊断价值,可以指导临床治疗以及进行预后判断.

Clinical value of detection of serum myocardial enzymes in children with bronchiolitis

Objective Clinical value of detection results ofactivity of serum myocardial enzymes in children withbronchiolitis spectrum. Methods Select our hospital with bronchiolitis were 110 cases as the observation group,non infectious diseases and se- lect the year of children admitted to the hospital 110 cases as the control group,the two groups of children were hospitalized, 7 days after admission for activity detection of serum myocardial enzymes, compared two groups of？test results. Results In the obser- vation group were AST, o~ -HBDH, LDH, CK, CK-MB detection resuhs were higher than the control group, the difference was sta- tistically significant （P〈O.05）. The observation group admission AST, ct -HBDH, LDH, CK, CK-MB detection results were higher 7 days after admission, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Spectrum active detection results can be used as evaluation index of serum myocardial changes of serum myocardial enzymes in children with hronchiolitis, has important value for the diagnosis of myocardial damage, may be helpful for clinical treatment and prognosi
