胎儿腹壁缺损的超声影像学特征

目的探讨超声检查胎儿腹壁缺损的临床价值。方法超声采用经胃泡水平、肾水平、脐水平和膀胱水平的横切面,观察胎儿腹壁有无异常。结果 7例经引产后证实腹壁缺损,其中腹裂5例,脐膨出2例。超声检出6例,漏诊1例。结论超声是检查胎儿腹裂畸形的准确方法,但早中孕期可能漏诊。

The image features of ultrasound diagnosing fetal abdominal wall defects

Objective To study the clinical value of diagnosing fetal abdominal wall defects by ultrasound.Methods Ultrasonographic transvers sections of fetal abdomen through stomach,kidney,umbilical cord insertion and bladdder level were used to determine whether the fetuses had abdominal wall defect.Results The 7 fetuses with abdominal wall defect were confirmed by abortion,including 5 cases with gastroschisis and 2 cases with omphalocele;among the 7 cases 6 were diagnosed correctly by ultrasound,1 with his gastroschisis were missed diagnosis.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis is an accurate method for fetal abdominal defect,but it may be missed diagnosis at the first and second trimester pregnancy.
