企业职业卫生培训师模式的建立与初期效果评价

目的 探索职业卫生培训的新模式.方法 建立企业职业卫生培训师模式,并选取深圳市宝安区30家企业试运行1 a.结果 27家企业实施“企业职业卫生培训师模式”,一年共培训23 503人次,培训率达96.7％.实施该模式后与实施前比较,职业病防治知识知晓率(x2 =1 431.1,P＜0.01)、个人防护用品自觉佩戴率(x2=1 717.287,P＜0.01)、健康监护档案建档率(x2 =5.909,P＜0.05)、建立危害因素监测及评价制度率(x2 --8.533,P＜0.01)、防护设施完善率(x2=6.857,P＜0.01)等指标均有了明显提高,差异均有统计学意义；企业的整体量化评分均有明显提高.结论 企业职业卫生培训师模式能有效提高职业卫生培训覆盖率,推动企业的职业病防控工作.

Establishment of Enterprise Occupational Health Trainer Model and Evaluation on Its Early Effect

Objective]To explore a new model of occupational health training. Methods]The enterprise occupational health trainer model was established,and experimentally ran in 30 enterprises collected from Baoan district of Shenzhen city for one year. Results]The enterprise occupational health trainer model was implemented in 27 enterprises for one year,and 23 503 people were trained with the training rate of 96.7%.The awareness rate of knowledge about occupational disease prevention（χ2=1 431.1,P0.01）,the conscious wearing rate of individual protective articles（χ2=1 717.287,P0.01）,the archives-establishing rate of health supervision file（χ2=5.909,P0.05）,the establishment rate of hazard factors monitoring and evaluation（χ2=8.533,P0.01） and the improvement rate of protective facilities（χ2=6.857,P0.01） after implementation of the model improved significantly as compared with those before implementation.The overall quantitative scores of enterprises increased significantly. Conclusion]The enterprise occupational health trainer model can effectively improve the coverage of occupational health training,and promote the prevention and control of occupational diseases in enterprises.
