糖化血红蛋白与超敏C-反应蛋白对糖尿病患者肺功能改变的影响

摘    要:
目的 探讨糖化血红蛋白( HbAlc)与超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与2型糖尿病患者肺通气功能改变的关系.方法 选取56例2型糖尿病患者为病例观察组,另选80名健康人为对照组.病例组根据并发症分为2组,A组无并发症,B组2型糖尿病合并微血管并发症,全部被选人员均用肺功能检测仪测定肺功能,并于清晨空腹取静脉血测定HbA1c与hsCRP.结果 B组HbAlc与血清中hs-CRP水平明显高于A组,与肺通气功能改变呈负相关趋势.结论HbA1c与hs-CRP 对了解2型糖尿病患者病情以及患者肺通气功能改变有重要的意义.
