改良导管润滑方法对前列腺增生症并急性尿潴留患者导尿的效果观察

目的探讨改良导管润滑方法在前列腺增生症并急性尿潴留患者导尿中的应用及效果。方法将100例前列腺增生症并急性尿潴留患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用改良导管润滑法,对照组采用传统的液体石蜡润滑法;采用WHO疼痛程度分级标准对插管时的疼痛程度进行测评。结果试验组疼痛程度比对照组低(P<0.001);试验组插管的成功率高于对照组(P<0.001);试验组插管耗时比对照组短(P<0.001)。结论采用改良导管的润滑方法为前列腺增生症并急性尿潴留患者导尿,可有效减轻尿道刺激症状,减轻插管时的疼痛,缩短插管时间,提高工作效率。

Effects of improved catheter-lubricating method in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated by acute urinary retention

Objective To evaluate the effects of improved catheter-lubricating method in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated by acute urinary retention. Methods A total of 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated by acute urinary retention were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group used improved catheter lubrication,and the control group used traditional liquid paraffin to lubricate catheter. The WHO criteria of pain degree classification was used to evaluate the pain during intubation. Results The degree of pain in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group（P〈O.O01）; The rate of successful intubation in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.O01）; The intubation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion The improved catheter-lubricating method can effectively reduce the urethral irritation in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated by acute urinary retention,reduce pain during intubation,shorten the intubation time, and improve work efficiency.
