自制腹腔双套管在腹部手术后患者的应用与护理

总结162例应用自制腹腔双套管的腹部外科患者的护理,要点为：①做好管道维护;②选择合适的冲洗液;③控制冲洗液的合适温度;④调节适当的负压吸引压力;⑤准确记录冲洗出入情况。161例患者腹腔感染治愈,未发生吻合口瘘;1例患者因合并有感染性休克、腔隙性脑梗,家属放弃治疗。自制腹腔双套管起到了有效腹腔冲洗和充分引流的作用。

Nursing care of patients with homemade adominal cannula after abdominal operation

This paper summarized the nursing care of 162 patients with homemade abdominal cannula after abdominal operation. The key points in nursing were intensive care of the cannula,choosing proper douche fluid,regulating appropriate fluid temperature and negative pressure of drainage ,accurately recording thc volumes of fluid. The abdominal infections were cured without anastomotic fistula in 161 cases. Only one case complicated by septic shock and cerebral thrombotic infarct gave up therapy. The homemade abdominal cannula can effectively douche and adequately drain the infections celarium.
