| 摘 要： | 本研究采用正交试验设计，观察了四物汤及其各组分对小鼠血清溶血素水平的影响。实验结果表明：四物汤中的熟地、当归能显著升高小鼠血清溶血素水平（Ｐ〈０．００１）；白芍、川芎可降低血清溶血素水平，但作用不显著（Ｐ〉０．０５）；并且四物汤中各组分的量不同，对小鼠血清溶血素水平的影响亦不同。提示四物汤对体液免疫的作与其配方中各组分的量密切相关。 |

| Abstract: | In this experiment we observed the effects of Siwu Tang and its ingredients on the level of mouse serolysin by orthogonal comparison. The results showed that prepared rehmannia root and Radix Angelicae Sinensis made mouse serolysin increased prominently, while White Peony Root and chuanxiong rhizome decreased it,but the decreased effect is not significant (P>0.05). The effect of Siwu Tang on the level of mouse serolysin was different, when the dosage of its any ingredient changed. Those suggest that there is a close relationship between the effect of Siwu Tang on humoral immunity and the dosage of its ingredients. |
