摘    要:目的 调查140m氦氧饱和-166m巡回潜水对潜水员骨关节结构和功能的影响。方法 对8名潜水员于潜水前、潜水后半年和1年采用物理检查和MRI检查膝关节,X线摄片检查肩、肘、髋关节并作对照观察。结果 8名潜水员各关节结构和功能正常。结论 在此次大深度饱和潜水中8名潜水员的骨关节功能没有受到明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the structure and function of bone joints in divers who participated in 140 m heliox saturation -166 m excursion diving.Methods Knee conditions were measured by physical examine and MRI,and shoulder,elbow and hip joints were measured by physical examine and x-ray photograph before diving,half a year and a year after diving.Results The structure and function of those joints examined were within the normal range.Conclusions The motion function of divers were not obviously influenced in this saturation deep diving.
