| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除联合阑尾切除术的可行性。方法：对胆囊良性病变合并有急慢性阑尾炎24例患者，利用三孔法在行腹腔镜胆囊切除术同时行腹腔镜阑尾切除术。结果：24例均获成功，无并发症发生。手术时间30-85min。术后3-4d出院。结论：三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除联合阑尾切除具有创伤小、恢复快、痛苦少等优点，有推广使用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy with three holes punctured technique.Methods:Selected 24 cases of patients were treatd by LC combined with LA with three holes at the same operation.Results:24 cases had been operated successfully.No complications occurred.Operation time was 30 to 85 minutes.The patients went out of the hospital in 3 days or 4 days.Conclusion:The laparos copic cholecystectomy and appendectomy with 3 holes punctured technique is one of the safe,microtrauma,quick recovery little sufferment,preferable method. |
