| 摘 要： | 目的 研究超声引导下注入消特灵治疗肝囊肿的疗效。方法 在超声引导下将穿刺针经皮肤刺入肝囊肿内，抽尽囊肿内的囊液，然后注入1/8囊液量消痔灵。随访囊肿大小的变化。结果 44个肝囊肿有25个治愈；15个有效，治愈率56.8％，总有效率为90.9％。结论 超声引导注入消痔灵是治疗肝囊肿理想方法。

| Abstract: | Object To study the curative effect of perfusing liver cyst with the solution of Xiao Zhi Ling (XZL). Methods Under the ultrasonographic guidance, XZL closing to 1/8 volume of the cyst fluid was injected into the liver cyst after the fluid in it was taken out completely. Two monthes later the size of the cysts were measured- Results Twenty - five of 44 patients with liver cyst were cured and 15 cases were effect. Totol effect rate reched to 90. 9%. Conclusion It is an ideal method to inject XZL into the cyst under UGG for treating liver cyst. |
