摘 要: | 目的测定注射用甲磺酸左氧氟沙星中左氧氟沙星的含量,从而对本品的质量进行检验。方法采用紫外分光光度法进行测定。结果甲磺酸左氧氟沙星在20.2~179.8ug/ml浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9999;平均加样回收率为99.43%,RSD=0.77%。结论紫外分光光度法测定注射用甲磺酸左氧氟沙星中左氧氟沙星的含量,方法简便、快速、准确,可用于检验、控制本产品的质量。

Abstract: | Objective To make a c ontent determinatio nfor Levofloxacin mesylate inLevofloxacin mesylate for injection,in order to supervise its quality. Methods To assay by UV Spectrophotometry. Results The linear range of levofloxacin was 20. 2-1 79. 8 ug/ml ( r = 0. 9999 ). The average recovery was 99. 43% with RSD 0. 77%. Conclusion UV Spectrophotometry is simple,rapid and accu r ate,it can be used as qualit y control of levofloxacin mesylate for injection. |
