| 摘 要： | 目的比较HIV(+)患者与肺结核病人的CD4+、CD8+细胞的变化。方法采用流式细胞计数仪检测CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞。结果HIV/AIDS与肺结核患者存在以CD4+T淋巴细胞下降为突出表现的细胞免疫受损,HIV/AIDS患者的CD4+细胞降低明显高于肺结核病人(P均<0.01),HIV/AIDS患者的CD8+细胞升高明显高于肺结核病人(P<0.01或0.05)。结论HIV/AIDS患者与肺结核病人都存在着不同程度的CD4+T淋巴细胞异常,CD4+T细胞是HIV/AIDS重要指标;CD4+T细胞对肺结核病人是用来估计机体的免疫状态或是一个指标,但不是一个绝对指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the changes of CD4-positive T-lymphocytes and CD8-positive T-lymphocytes in patients with HIV(+) to patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A flow cytometry was used to measure the CD4+ and CD8+ counts.Results The prominent immune system injury was the decrease of CD4-positive T-lymphocytes in patients with HIV/AIDS and with pulmonary tuberculosis.The decrease of CD4-positive T-lymphocytes in patients with HIV/AIDS was more significant than those in patients with pulmonary tubercul... |
