低温等离子早期声门型喉癌切除术的围手术期护理

目的 探讨低温等离子早期声门型喉癌切除术的围手术期护理,方法回顾性分析我科20例行低温等离子早期声门型喉癌切除术患者的临床资料及围手术期护理措施.结果 所有手术均在全麻下进行,肿瘤均完整切除,无需行气管切开及鼻饲饮食,未出现手术并发症.术后随方6～16个月,未见复发.结论 低温等离子早期声门型喉癌切除术的围手术期护理方法行之有效.术前重点做好心理护理和术前准备,术后注意保持呼吸道通畅,做好饮食、疼痛、伤口护理及出院指导.良好的围手术期护理配合是手术成功的重要保证.

Perioperative nursing of tumorectomy of early stage glottic carcinoma with low temperature plasma radio frequency

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of tumorectomy of early stage glottic carcinoma with low temperature plasma radio frequency. Methods In a retrospective study, clinical data and nursing intervention of 20 patients with early stage glottic carcinoma undergone low temperature plasma radio frequency tumorectomy were analyzed. Results All lesions were removed completely under general anesthesia.No tracheotomy and nasal feeding were performed. And there were no complications occurred and no recurrence during the 6 to 16 months follow-up period. Conclusions Perioperative nursing intervention of tumorectomy of early stage glottic carcinoma with low temperature plasma radio frequency is effective. Mental nursing and preoperative preparation are the key points to preoperative nursing. Keeping respiratory tract unobstructed,making food, pain and wound nursing and discharge instruction are important to postoperative nursing. Well perioperative nursing is important to the success of surgery.
