| 摘 要： | 由各种锐利器械、子弹或爆炸等锐性或钝性损伤的32条神经,分别采用了束膜或外膜吻合以及神经移植束膜吻合的方法来进行修复,其结果根据神经切断的部位、损伤性质、受伤时间、病人年龄以及神经修复的方法而不同.并且发现,束膜吻合组优良率为85.7%. |

| Abstract: | Thirty-two nerves severed by penetrating or blunt injuries from various sharp objects, bullets or explosion were repaired with interfascicular or perifascular anastomosis, or interfascicular grafting of nerves.The operative results are different according to the site of the severed nerve, the nature of the wound, and the time of repairing. It was found that excellent and good results accounted for 85.7% in interfascicular suture series. |
