躯体感觉诱发电位对糖尿病神经系统并发症的早期诊断

摘    要:对100例糖尿病患者进行了上肢体感觉诱发电位(SEP-SN)和下肢体感觉诱发电位(SEPST)检查,异常率为82%。结果表明,SEPSN、SEPST对糖尿病并发躯体感觉神经病变的早期诊断是一种较灵敏的有效检测方法。对神经系统的病损部位能准确定位,该检查有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Somasensory evoked pocential of upperand lower limbs in 100 patients with diabetes millituswere examined,abnormality rate was 82%.The re-sults showed that the method is a sensitive and help-ful for the establishment of early diagnosis of nervouscomplications in diabetic patients. It provided exactlocalization for the damages of the nervous system.The method is of great value in the clinlcal practice.
