布渣叶提取物质量控制研究

摘    要:目的建立布渣叶提取物的质量控制标准。方法采用HPLC法测定布渣叶提取物中牡荆苷,色谱条件为WondaSilTMC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(30∶70);流速:1.0 ml·min^-1;柱温:25℃;检测波长:339 nm;进样量:10μl。结果牡荆苷在0.0502~0.8024μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.91%,RSD为1.14%。结论该方法快速、灵敏、准确,可用于布渣叶提取物的质量控制。

Quality Control of MICROCTIS FOLIUM Granule

Abstract:Objective To establish a quality control method of MICROCTIS FOLIUM granules. Methods Vi- texin in MICROCTIS FOLIUM granules was identified by TLC method and was determined by HPLC method on WondaSilTM C 18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm). The mobile phase was methanol 0.4% phosphoric acidsolution (30: 70) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml.min^-1. The detection wavelength was 339 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃ with an injection volume of l0 μl. Results Vitexin showed the same spots in different locations in TLC chromatograms. The linear relation of vitexin was good in the range of 0.0502 to 0. 8024 μg( r = 0. 9997 ). The average recovery was 99.91%. Conclusion The established method is quick, sensitive, and accurate ,which could be used for quality control of MICROCTIS FOLIUM granules.
