摘    要:目的:通过建立四氯化碳(CCh)致息性肝顿伤小鼠模型。测定其血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的含量,对藤梨根不同提取部位抑制ALT升高的作用比较,筛选出具有拮抗肝损伤作用的提取部位。方法:取藤梨根原药材。经过乙醇提取、乙酸乙酯萃取。得乙酸乙酯提取部位;过聚酰胺柱洗脱,得不同提取部位,分为X部位、Y部位、Z部位:小鼠预防性给药2d.以CC14橄榄油混合物(1%)2mL/kg腹腔注射造就小鼠化学性肝损伤模型,第3天给药后摘眼球取血,测血清中ALT活力。结果:乙酸乙酯部位、X部位、Y部位均具有拮抗CC14致惠性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT升高的作用,其中X部位在一定剂量范围内具有量效关系。结论:含有黄酮类化舍物的藤梨根提取X部位,具有拮抗CC14致急性肝损伤的作用.且在一定剂量范围内具有量效关系。

Abstract:Objective: Through the establishment of carbon tetrachloride (CCh) caused by acute liver injury (ALl) model mice, to determine the serara levels of alanine transarainase (ALT) in the Tengligen different extraction parts compared to inhibit the action of the ALT elevations, select the extraction of liver damage parts have antagonism. Method: Take the Tengligen after ethanol extract and ethyl acetate extraction, ethyl acetate extracted parts; Polyamide column elution, divided into parts X, Y, Z position; Preventive medication 2 d in mice, by CCh olive oil mixture (1%) by intraperitoneal injection of 2 mL/kg chemical liver injury in mice model, 3 d after measured ALT activity in serum. Results: The ethyl acetate parts, and the X, Y parts have antagonism CCL induced acute liver injury in mice serum ALT elevations, where X parts has concentration-response relationship in certain dose range. Conclusion: Tengligen extract X parts which contain flavonoids, has antagonism CCh induced acute liver injury, and to a certain dose range has the concentration-response relationship.
