中西医结合保守疗法治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效观察

目的:分析中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:选取异位妊娠患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组给予米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组在此基础上加用我院自拟杀胚方(中药),观察两组疗效。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组,且腹痛时间、住院天数及不良反应均明显小于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠疗效良好,不良反应相对较少,住院时间相对缩短,值得临床借鉴推广。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Ectopic Pregnancy Treated by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional chinese and western medicine in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： 62 Patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group concluded 31 patients. The control group was treated with mifepristone and methotrexate; The observation group was added with killing fetus decoction （Chinese medicine）.Afler the treatment, observed the clinical efficacy of the two group. Results： Curative effect of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the time of abdominal pain, hospitalization days and adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with the western medicine conservative treatment, The curative effect of the combination of traditional chinese and western medicine is better, the adverse reaction is relatively less, and the length of hospitalization days is relatively shorter, is worthy of promotion.
