穴位贴敷配合电针治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察穴位贴敷结合电针治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效,为临床退行性膝关节炎治疗选择提供必要的依据。方法:将60例退行性膝关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组采用穴位贴敷结合电针治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗,3周后比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗3周后,治疗组和对照组的临床症状均有改善,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,两组疗效比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷配合电针治疗退行性膝关节炎疗效显著,优于单纯电针疗法,值得临床推广应用。

Acupoint Herbal Application Combined with Electro -acupuncture in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract:Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of acupoint herbal application combined with electro -acupuncture (EA) in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods:60 cases of KOA were random- ized into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. In the treatment group, acupoint herbal application combined with EA was applied. In the control group, only EA was used. After three weeks' treatment, the therapeutic effects were observed and compared. Results: After three weeks' treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved in both groups, and the total effective rates were 93.33% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group, with a significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of acupoint herbal application combined with EA in the treatment of KOA is remarkable, which is superior to that of only EA and is worthy of being popularized.
