莫沙必利联合聚乙二醇电解质在老年患者结肠镜检肠道准备中的应用

目的 观察聚乙二醇电解质联合莫沙必利用于结肠镜检查前清肠效果和副作用.方法 712例拟行结肠镜检查的老年患者（＞ 60岁）肠道清洁前随机分为A组351例和B组361例,A组口服聚乙二醇电解质,B组口服聚乙二醇电解质和莫沙必利.记录肠道清洁效果及副作用.结果 B组肠道清洁效果满意率（95.3％）高于A组（91.4％）,但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;B组达到Ⅰ级清洁度的比例（39.3％）高于A组（31.3％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.B组恶心发生率和副作用总发生率明显低于A组（3.6％ vs 13.4％; 15.7％ vs 23.7％,P均＜0.05）.结论 聚乙二醇电解质联合莫沙必利用于老年人肠道清肠准备效果好、副作用发生率低.

The Application of Mosapride combined with Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in bowel preparation in elderly patients

Abstract： Objective To observe the effect and side-effect of bowel preparation by using Mosapride combined with Po- lyethylene glycol electrolyte powder. Methods Seven hundreds twelve elderly patients （ 〉 60 years） preparing for colonoscopy were randomly divided into group A（351 cases） and group B（361 cases）. Group A was treated with Polyethylene glycol elec- trolyte powder, group B was treated with Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and Mosapride. The bowel cleaning effective- ness and side-effect were recorded. Results The cleaning satisfaction rate（95.3% ） in group B was higher than that in group A （91.4%） , but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. the proportion of cleanliness to Class I （39.3%） in group B was higher than that in group A（31.3% ） , the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidences of nausea and the overall side-effect in group B were significantly lower than that in group A（3.6% vs 13.4% ; 15.7% vs 23. 7%, P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions There are good cleaning effectiveness and low incidence of side-effect by using Mosapride combined with Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation in elder patients.
